Select your items from wide range of categories by following the simple steps below.
Create Account/Sign In
Create an account as a new user or login to your account if you’re an existing user. In case you have been referred by someone, you can use their referral code during the sign up process.
Select products/items into your cart.
Browse your products/items and add them to your cart. You may browse products by categories or you may go to specific vendor store and select products directly from that store. Go to checkout.
Schedule Orders/Payment/Delivery Address
Add your delivery address, and select any of the available payments method to complete your order. Again, customers can schedule their orders to be delivered to them at their selected day/time.
Vendors will received & prepare completed. Delivery boy will pick orders and deliver it to the customers address. Sooo Simple!

Q1. Is your website secure? How can I be sure?
Our website is extremely secure and uses the latest technology to encrypt your information. It is the same technology used by major global companies so you can be sure that all of your personal information is safe.
Q2. Do I have to be a member to use this service?
Anyone can use our service. However, you will be required to create a free Campusmartafriq.com account in order to complete your order. Your previous orders will be captured in our system, it will save your delivery and billing addresses as well as other preferences.
Q3. How long would delivery take?
Delivery time varies based on products ordered, shipping address and the delivery option chosen. However, we guarantee to deliver all orders within the customer’s choice of preference, after the order is placed.
Q4. Are there any extra delivery charges?
Yes, there are sometimes extra delivery charges. This will depend on the value of your order. During the checkout process, you will be informed of the relevant delivery charges.
Q5. I did not receive what I ordered. Why did this happen?
There may be times when a mistake has been made and items from your order are missing or the incorrect items are delivered to you. If possible, you should go through your delivery with the representative to confirm the correct items have been delivered.
Q6. What if I’m not in my room when the order arrives? Will they redeliver?
You will receive a confirmation from us, stating the delivery time of your order so you will be able to arrange for someone to be at your residence when our representative comes by. You will also be called when the representative is on his way to you. Redelivery after a failure to have someone at the shipping address to receive the order, will be at a cost.
Q7. What happens if the products I receive are defective?
Whilst we strive to make sure that your goods reach you in perfect condition, we cannot rule out entirely the possibility of delivering a defective product. Should you need to return a product, please contact us and our Customer Experience consultants who’d then take you through the steps required in acquiring the desired product. For your convenience, we offer a FREE 2 days returns guarantee.
Q8. Can I return items that are not defective?
Returns for non-defective items will be treated on a case-by-case basis so please contact our Customer Experience team who will be able to assist you further.
Q9. Can I cancel my order?
You have the statutory right to cancel your complete order within 10minutes and refunds will be made back to your campusmart account wallet balance in the App. This right does not extend to cancellation of orders that are already on their way for delivery. This right does not extend to cancellation of part orders or orders not returned in their original packaging and re-sellable condition
Q10. How long does it take to get my items after I order?
There are a range of delivery options available. Depending on the choice of the campus, delivery will be made according to the scheduled selected by the customer. All vendors on our platform have their specific delivery time. Kindly check the delivery time from the vendor page.
Q11. Do you deliver Off Campus?
Yes, absolutely! Our delivery starts from On campus to off Campus, Nearby Towns, Distant locations such as Bomso , Kotei, New site, Kentinkrono, etc
Q12. How will I know that my order is on its way?
Once you place your order, a push notification will be sent to you, and all stages of your order status will equally be sent to your phone directly. You may chat with vendor to verify the status of your orders as well. In addition to that, A confirmation email with details of the courier and a tracking number will be sent to you. Q13. Will someone need to sign for my delivery? Yes, all of our orders require a signature at the time of delivery.
